1. An outcomes model
The high level of the outcomes model for the Green Houses program shows all of the steps needed to get to the high level outcome - 'Increased number of environmentally sustainable houses'. When using DoView you can drill-down using a 'hop-to' which takes you to lower level diagrams (called slices in DoView). There is a hop-to in the bottom right-hand corner of the light blue step on the right - 'Increased new home purchaser awareness'. This hop-to drills you down to screenshot 2.
