2. A 'drill-down' of part of the model
This is a drill-down to a diagram (slice) that shows details of additional steps under the higher level step - 'Increased new home purchaser awareness'. When using DoView, clicking on the hop-to in the right-hand bottom corner of the top step in this diagram will take you back again to the high level outcomes model in screenshot 1. Outcomes models can contain as many 'drill-downs' to lower level diagrams (slices) as you need.
