2. Patient outcomes
Here, so as to focus the discussion, the facilitator has worked with the meeting participants to develop a simple model of how Clinic staff and management can be made more aware of psychologists' contribution. The discussion then turned to undertaking a Patient Demand Survey to collect information on what level of demand there was for counseling and other psychological services from psychologists. The facilitator then 'drilled-down' under the yellow step to another slice on which she summarized the discussion about this survey (see next screenshot).
