8. Stakeholders analysis
This is a stakeholder analysis which looks at which stakeholders are currently supportive of the school building a new classroom on an adjacent vacant lot. It also shows the level of influence of these stakeholders (stakeholders are entered as items and can be dragged around the diagram (slice) to the position which best reflects where they are currently positioned.
